Review the summary report
The Summary report is automatically displayed when the PDF Accessibility Checker test is finished. In this report, an overview of the results is displayed.
Click PDF/UA, WCAG, or Quality to see the corresponding test results.
Results for each checkpoint in the list are easily visible, and are sorted into four categories:
- Pass (green tick)
- Warning (yellow triangle): Review the content and make any necessary corrections.
- Failed (red cross): The issue must be corrected.
- Not applicable (crossed-out gray circle): The checkpoint is not relevant because there are no corresponding elements.
This compact overview makes it easier to quickly assess the quality of the PDF file.
You can double-click on each checkpoint to jump directly to the corresponding section of the detailed report.
